Inspired by my visit to the Isle of Ulva, this handwoven wall-hanging features The Boathouse and the Ulva ferry, which you may recognise from the BBC TV series Banjo and Ro's Grand Island Hotel. This weaving was created on my rigid heddle loom, and all the weft fibres (the threads that run horizontally) have been handspun by myself.
