Born out of a desire to find a hobby that would fulfil the burning need to create something with my hands away from a screen but without leaving me with a feeling of self-doubt as my drawing had. I stumbled quite by chance into the world of bookbinding and the addictive craft of weaving.

Inspired by the rugged landscape and the beautiful colours of the Scottish Highlands - a place that has always felt freeing to me. I wanted my books and weaving to evoke this sense of escape from the busy, technology-centred lives that most of us lead.
In the same way that creating these books and weavings sparks a simple joy in me, I want you to experience the same joy when you pick up one of my woven goods or as you write or draw in your book.
My books and weavings are a celebration of the highlands, created by hand from sustainably sourced materials that reflect the West Coast landscape, from the silver sands and turquoise seas to the dark green pine forests and bracken-covered mountains.
My books are designed for like-minded creatives who are inspired by Scotland’s great outdoors and who are looking for a notebook or sketchbook that is not only functional but also inspires them daily to put pen to paper and let their mind wander free. While my woven goods are for those of you who want to be reminded of the wilds of Scotland while keeping cosy at home.
